I was drawn to this hotel because of its great view and proximity to Kenting Main Street. The location is truly fantastic, making it easy to access nearby beaches. However, the hotel's age shows, with worn rooms and plumbing issues that made my stay less than comfortable. The staff initially seemed nice, but their attitude changed when I had friends visit. Unfortunately, the overall value for the price wasn’t there, especially with no breakfast included and inconsistent service.
